How can you prevent nail-biting?

I've been running my salon in the suburbs of Kraków for just under two years.I'm not complaining about a lack of female clients, but I don't intend to brag about it.I see that your interesting website is missing a section on nail-biting.

I've had many clients who used to bite their nails and couldn't seem to stop, yet they managed to break that bad habit.The most common reason for nail-biting is stress and anxiety.

For those who bite their nails, here are a few ways to get rid of this habit, which is so unpleasant for women.Of course, for some this will be something new, while for others it will be yet another attempt.These tips are based on my clients' experiences.

1. Bitter nail polish isn't effective for everyone when it comes to stopping nail-biting, but if you haven't tried it yet, maybe the taste of your nails won't appeal to you, and you'll stop biting them..
   
2. Extend your nails using the gel method , the acrylic method , or the fiberglass method . It's hard to bite your tips, not to mention the taste..
   
3. Tell your loved ones about your nail-biting habit.Every firm reprimand results in!For example, one of my clients had me hit her on the palms as soon as she was caught biting her nails.
   
4. Hang a nice poster or photo of pretty nails at work or somewhere you spend a lot of time.I wish I had nails just like these—or even prettier ones.
   
5. Go to a manicurist and get a beautiful manicure.Spend some time and money, for example, on an exclusive manicure.Leave the living room and tell yourself that you mustn't ruin it now.
   
6. Try to set aside plenty of time to meet with people who are interesting and important to you.Please make sure your nails are well-manicured for them, too.
   
7. Tell yourself, “I am beautiful, and I want to stay that way.”.My nails are part of my whole body.I have to make sure this happens, or else I won't even like myself.
