Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Waves at the Ends of a French Manicure

Combining colored acrylic with white tips on the ends of a French manicure doesn't have to be difficult at all.The result is amazing.The tips of the nails are thin; they look attractive and delicate..If we add a shape of our own design to that, these nails are sure to be one-of-a-kind.After all, female customers like to have something their coworkers don't have.

How I Did It?

Of course, I'm leaving out all the preliminary work involved in preparing the nails.After matching the right size of white tips to my natural nails, I use a thin drill bit to cut a wave-shaped pattern into them.In this case, the thin router bit and the router are indispensable.
I glue the cut-to-size tips onto my natural nails.
I apply nail extension forms.

I scoop up the right amount of colored acrylic and fill in the empty space, smoothing the acrylic to match the shape of the cut-out tip.At this point, you can fill in the tip until it's level or shape the nails to have a slightly slanted or wavy tip.
Depending on the nail plate, I create a stress line using pink acrylic or I apply clear acrylic right away .

I'll remove the templates and refine the final shape of the nails.
I polish my nails with a nail polisher or, if you have a nail drill, with a polishing bit because it's faster.
The final layer is, of course, a glossy Top Coat.

I just wanted to mention that instead of acrylic, you can also use colored gel with a thick or medium-thick consistency.
