RUCK® smartgel forefoot gel pad with fabric is a thin cushioning pad designed to protect the forefoot area against pressure and friction. It helps improve comfort when walking, especially when the front part of the foot feels sore, tired or sensitive inside footwear.

How to use
- Place the gel pad under the forefoot in the area exposed to pressure.
- Check that the pad lies flat and does not move during walking.
- Put on footwear and make sure there is no additional pressure.
- After use, hand wash the pad, allow it to dry and store it in a clean place.
Do not use on open wounds, fresh abrasions or active skin inflammation. If you experience severe or persistent forefoot pain, reduced sensation, diabetes or suspected Morton’s neuroma, consult a specialist before use.
