The milling cutter is made of special, hard, well-hardened stainless steel. Evenly placed, diamond filings, with small but at the same time sharp edges, constitute rubbing element. They ensure comfortable work and very long life of the cutter.
Medium-grained.
It has precisely made openings, which ensure optimum cooling. It is extremely important during longer work while performing pedicure. A well-cooled milling cutter will not heat the place of treatment, which - in turn - improves the quality of the service performed.
We use it mainly during pedicure to remove very hard and thick skin.
It is fixed to milling machines for dry or wet operation.
In order to achieve maximum efficiency and safety, the milling cutter shall be fixed at the farthest possible distance from the middle part of a milling machine.
Mandrel diameter - 2,4 mm.
Recommended rotation: from 15 thousands to maximum 20 thousand per minute.
It may be disinfected and sterilised.
