SPORTTAPE® Extra Sticky is a durable and flexible kinesiology tape designed to support muscles and joints during everyday movement. Application

SPORTTAPE® Extra Sticky can be used to relieve selected areas of the body, reduce muscle tension and improve movement comfort. It is useful during physical activity, work requiring effort or long standing, as well as additional support when muscles feel tired or slightly overloaded.

How to use

Before application, thoroughly clean and dry the skin. If needed, shorten hair in the area to improve adhesion. Apply the tape with a light stretch or no stretch at all, depending on the intended effect. The ends should always be placed without tension. After applying, gently warm the tape with your hand to activate the adhesive.
