Materials and construction
The adhesive backing is made from 100% polyester nonwoven fabric. It uses a polyacrylate adhesive that does not contain colophony or colophony derivatives. The absorbent pad is made from viscose and PE/PP, while the wound contact layer is made from polyethylene. A silicone-coated paper liner protects the adhesive surface before application.
Intended use
Curapor is intended for covering postoperative, acute, superficial, cut and lacerated wounds with light to moderate exudate. Before application, clean the wound as directed and dry the surrounding skin. Position the absorbent pad over the wound without touching its wound-facing surface.
